We booked last year through Chas Everitt as well and stayed at X1, however although the unit was only a 2 bedroom this time, the unit was very clean and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Yes it would be very nice if the bedding could be left in the bags though most of it will just be donated to pastor Jabber's ministry, it will certainly make things easier.
I do not know why there is a gas leak but will have to see if I can get someone just to close the gas on the outside most of the time a problem like that is just an old gas bottle you do not always get the same one when you refill
Is the leak on the pipe serious or can I leave it for now?
Thank you also for the money you paid in so quickly, must say my previous experience with a rental agent was a very different story he took 6weeks to pay the money over, so I was very surprised when I saw it was already in the bank.
Thank you again, and enjoy the sunshine ,here there is only snow as far as you can see and it is very vey cold.
