Since
2005 we have sold more than 80% of all Goose Valley properties and 70% of Turtle
Creek properties. Continual requests from clients for a professional & ethical
rental service resulted in us establishing our on-site Rental & Sales office at
Goose Valley. We are the first rental operation to focus solely
on the greater Goose Valley Golf Estate and to actively market the letting of
our clients' properties on a pro-active basis. We are dedicated to providing our
clients with Chas Everitt's unrivalled standards of service, integrity,
professionalism and expertise. Our staff receive outstanding real estate
training through Chas Everitt's industry leading training academy as well as top
external training providers.

Everitt in July 2008 to manage our new Goose Valley Rentals office.
Katrina has built up a wonderful rapport with her clients. She is
fanatical about service and maintaining our client's investments in
prime condition. She has substantial business experience and is a wiz on
computers, Pastel Accounting, and our Rentals software system. |
